What happens if my package is returned to you?
In the event that the carrier is unable to complete a delivery (wrong address, package not collected, address not found, etc.), the package will be returned to us after a period of 5 days. Upon its return to the workshop, we will contact you to re-ship the package (the applicable delivery costs will be charged to you) or we will offer you a refund less the return costs ($9.99).
Why does my candle look different after I light it?
This sometimes strange look of the post-burn wax is completely normal in the case of soy candles! It does not affect the performance or scent of your candle. It is a classic result of using natural soy wax without preservatives or toxins!

J’adore tellement ce coton ouaté! La couleur est rafraîchissante, les broderies sont de qualité et il est lourd et réconfortant (comme si on enfilait un gros câlin mais en vêtements!🫶🏼) J’espère voir plus de collection comme celui-ci!
