Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within Canada only, for now. For the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, please email us at info@okbye.ca before ordering. We do not ship to military post office boxes or outside Canada.

Processing times

We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, with no shipments on Saturday or Sunday). Please allow a little more time during launches, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday season.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery time then depends on the carrier, the shipping method and your region. Items from the same order may sometimes be sent in several packages.

Out-of-stock products

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know quickly and you can choose to either wait for it to come back, or receive a full refund for that item to your original payment method.

Shipping costs

- Standard shipping: $9.99.
- Free on orders of $125 or more, before taxes and shipping costs.
- For faster delivery, email us at info@okbye.ca to find out about options and costs.
Applicable taxes are calculated based on the province of delivery.

Receiving your package

Make sure your address is complete and accurate when you place your order. Some packages may require a signature on delivery. If no one is home, the carrier will usually leave a notice so you can pick up your package at the nearest counter.

Damaged package

If your package or an item arrives damaged, email us as soon as possible at info@okbye.ca with photos of the package and the product. Ideally, do so within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will replace or refund the item. This in no way limits your legal warranty.

What happens if my package is returned to us?

If the carrier cannot deliver your package (wrong address, package not picked up, address not found, etc.), it is returned to us after about 5 days. Once it is back at our workshop, we will contact you to either reship it (applicable shipping costs will be charged to you) or refund you, minus the $9.99 return fee.
