How do I earn flames?
You earn 1 flame per dollar spent, plus 50 bonus flames when you create your account.
When do my flames show up?
As soon as your order is paid, your flames are added to your account. Log in to see your balance at the top of this page.
How do I use a reward?
When you have enough flames, click « Redeem » under the reward: your code will appear. Use it at checkout while logged in to your account, and your flames are deducted automatically.
Do I need an account?
Yes! Your Ok Bye account is what keeps your flames. Create one for free with your email.
Do my flames expire?
Nope! Your flames never expire. They stay in your Ok Bye account until you redeem them.
Program terms
Flames have no cash value: they can't be refunded, exchanged for money or transferred to someone else. One account per person.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the flames earned with that order may be removed. In case of abuse or fraud, Ok Bye may remove flames or close an account.
Ok Bye may change or end the program. If that happens, we'll let you know by email at least 30 days in advance, and you'll be able to use the flames you've already earned until then.
