The phrase \"everything is going to be okay\" emblematic of this collection, is intended as a mantra to calm down in moments of panic, a phrase that I learned in therapy (and that I even have tattooed on my left arm!). You will find, on the left sleeve, the phrases that I liked and\/or that I would have liked to have been told during more difficult moments, when anxiety sometimes seemed to have control over my life.
